SERVICES

Swedish Massage

• Swedish massage is what most people think of when they hear the word "massage". The primary goal is to relax the entire body. Long gliding strokes are used to return the body's blood back to the heart. The level of pressure is set by my clients so that the massage is relaxing and comfortable.

Deep Tissue Massage

• Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. It is helpful for chronic aches and pains such as stiff neck, upper and lower back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

Corporate Chair Massage

• Chair massage is a short but relaxing massage for my busy clients. I use a special portable massage chair to work on shoulders, neck, upper and lower back, head and arms. Clients remain fully clothed and no oils are used. It is a quick and easy way to get instant relief from the stresses of everyday life.

Sports Massage

• Sports massage therapy focuses on areas of the body that are tired and stressed from athletic activity. This technique is adapted to meet the specific needs of my clients.

Prenatal Massage

• Prenatal or pregnancy massage is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. I take extra care to adapt the massage by using side-lying positioning and supportive cushions so that my prenatal massage client is comfortable.

Geriatric Massage

• Geriatric massage therapy is designed to address the specific needs of the elderly. This massage offers comfort and helps ease the discomforts that often come with age.

Massage for People Living with Cancer

• People living with cancer have unique needs. I provide thoughtful, compassionate, and knowledgable care to those coping with all stages of cancer.

• 60 minute massage - $85
• 90 minute massage - $115
